Process & Fees

Considering the current COVID-19 situation, we are making the difficult but prudent decision to cancel our traditional day camp program for 2020.

Registration is operated on a first-come, first-served basis. Some sessions, age groups, and bus routes fill up very quickly, so we encourage deposits and applications to be completed as soon as possible. Applications can be completed online. For any questions or to schedule a tour, our office hours are 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., Monday – Friday.

A confirmation email is sent upon receipt of application and deposit. If a session is full, an email will be sent detailing wait-list procedures.

Our wait list operates on a rotating basis. As soon as openings occur, we inform and accept applicants in the order received, up until the start of each session. There are times when we have been able to accommodate campers a few days before the start of the session. Unless we are notified to remove a camper from the wait list, we will keep them on the list and contact applicants if and when an opening occurs. At that time, if it is decided not to enroll the child, the deposit will be refunded. We are sorry that we cannot guarantee a space, nor predict when there may be an opening.


2020 Camp Fees (subject to change):

Day Camp - $1290 per 3-week session (After April 17: $1320)

Ants Camp - $990 per 3-week session (after April 17: $1005)

          $100 deposit per child / per session required at registration. Total balance due Friday, April 17th.
