Registration Procedure


Camp Registration is available in January to all of the previous summer’s campers and to anyone who has requested information. Registration is operated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Some sessions, age groups, and bus routes fill up very quickly, so we encourage deposits and applications to be completed as soon as possible. Applications may be completed online, mailed, or dropped off at High Meadows. Our office hours are 9:00 – 3:00, Monday – Friday.

A confirmation email is sent upon receipt of application and deposit. If a session is full, we will attempt to phone applicants to discuss the wait list options. An email will also be sent detailing wait-list procedures.

Our wait list operates on a rotating basis. As soon as openings occur, we inform and accept applicants in the order received, up until the start of each session. There are times when we have been able to accommodate campers a few days before the start of the session.
Unless we are notified to remove a camper from the wait list, we will keep them on the list and contact applicants if and when an opening occurs. At that time, if it is decided not to enroll the child, the deposit will be refunded. We are sorry that we cannot guarantee a space, nor predict when there may be an opening.
