Our youngest
full-day camper group is Juniors, accommodating rising Kindergartners
and 1st graders. Juniors meet and store their belongings in classrooms
at the beginning and end of each day, and are accompanied around
campus by their two counselors at all times. There are generally
a total of 100 Juniors in 8 groups. Juniors participate in some
unique unit activities which may include bluebird studies, jello
slides, and stories about Delores, our friendly dragon.
Juniors (Rising K and 1st Grade) Typical Daily Schedule (subject
to change)
Junior campers participate each day in structured activities and are presented
with experiences that lead to the fulfillment of High Meadows’ Goals.
