Meadows has three full-time employees in the Camp / Outdoor Education
Program office, including the Camp Director, Assistant Director,
and Outdoor Education Specialist. While camp is in operation
during the summer, each age division of campers is headed by
a Unit Leader who oversees staff and programming.
Mr.
John Dovic, Director of Camp and Operations
Mr. Dovic earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Dallas and has
been involved in organized camping and outdoor education programs since 1987.
He joined High Meadows in 1999.

Ms. Susan Brown, Outdoor Education Specialist
Ms. Brown earned an Associate’s degree in Business Administration. Her sons
graduated from High Meadows in 2002 and 2005. She joined High Meadows in
1990.

Mr.
Chad Brinker, Assistant Camp/OEP Director
Mr. Brinker earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
He joined High Meadows in 2004.
